Think about who your brand is? What are the qualities of your brand? What kind of person would your brand be? We have so many choices to guide us, when it comes to how you communicate the kind of brand content you share and the tone of voice you used with your audience.
Start off by asking yourself questions like, is your brand down to earth and informal, or lofty and sophisticated? Other characteristics could be, is your brand personality traditional or cutting edge? Fun and quirky or conservative and reliable? These are all attributes that clearly make up a brand personality, but it's most important to select the qualities that reflect your specific brand. The clearer the image, the more useful it will be for you to determine your brand personality and over all tone and message.
While brand personality is the image and voice of your company, don't forget to make it authentic. It needs to be consistent with your vision and authenticity is critical to brand personality and shows that your company is not only authentic, but a trustworthy authority specialized in your area.
